| Banquet Ticket purchases result in the creation of a 'Bidder Number' Card which will be issued at the Banquet Door. An actual 'Banquet Ticket' is not created, issued or necessary to gain entry to the Banquet. If your name does not appear in the list of Tickets Sales on the 'Ticket Sales' page of this site, you have not purchased a Banquet Ticket and you will not be allow entry to the Banquet. |
- Reserve Tables
- Any group (company or individuals) may reserve a table of 10 seats (tickets). The group (company or individuals) reserving the table of 10 seats must provide the required information for each of the individuals who will be attending the banquet at the time the table is reserved. Payments may be made by Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Cash or Cheque. Cash or Cheque payments must be delivered to a Committee member. There is no premium charged or reduction in ticket cost with table reservations.

- Complete and submit the form available by clicking here. Upon submission, your order is sent to our Committee. You will receive confirmation of your order in a couple of days. Payments may be made by Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Cash or Cheque. Cash or Cheque payments must be delivered to a Committee member.
- Purchasing Tickets by Fax
- Complete and print the form available by clicking here. Fax the completed form to 403-335-8415. You will receive confirmation of your order in a couple of days. Payments may be made by Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Cash or Cheque. Cash or Cheque payments must be delivered to a Committee member.
- Purchasing Tickets by Telephone
- Phone Alana Gibson at 403-335-8352 with your ticket order. Payments may be made by Visa, Master Card, AmEx, Cash or Cheque. Cash or Cheque payments must be delivered to a Committee member.
- Purchasing Tickets In Person
