Cash/Merchandise/Service Sponsors

VisitorDucks Unlimited Canada and our Committee certainly appreciate those who support our efforts through cash and/or merchandise donations. Following is a list of the recognition you will receive for being a sponsor of our Fundraiser Banquet. The Sponsor Print for 2009 is Barbara Girouard's 'Spirit Island' (pictured right). Cash, Merchandise or Service Donations under $100.00
You or your organization will receive the following:
• Official Tax Receipt for the retail value of the merchandise
• Underwriting the cost of merchandise auctioned up to amount donated (cash donors)
• You or your organization's name printed on all programs as contributors
• One year membership in Ducks Unlimited (magazine & quarterly updates)

Cash, Merchandise or Service Donations over $100.00
You or your organization will receive the following:
• Official Tax Receipt for the retail value of the merchandise
• Underwriting the cost of merchandise auctioned up to amount donated (cash donors)
• You or your organization's name printed on all programs as contributors
• Your name is entered into a draw for an Unframed Sponsor Print
• One year membership in Ducks Unlimited (magazine & quarterly updates)

Bronze Sponsor - $250.00 Cash, Merchandise or Service
You or your organization will receive the following:
• One Unframed Sponsor Print
• Official Income Tax Receipt for $250.00 (cash donors)
• Official Income Tax Receipt for the retail value of the merchandise
• Underwriting the cost of merchandise auctioned up to a value of $250 (cash donors)
(When you underwrite the cost of an object, your name will be announced as the object sponsor)
• You or your organization's name printed on all programs as contributors
• Unframed Sponsor Prints my be upgraded to a Framed Sponsor Prints for $90 each
• One year membership in Ducks Unlimited (magazine & quarterly updates)

Silver Sponsor - $500.00 Cash, Merchandise or Service
You or your organization will receive the following:
• Two Unframed Sponsor Prints
• Official Income Tax Receipt for $500.00 (cash donors)
• Official Income Tax Receipt for the retail value of the merchandise
• Underwriting the cost of merchandise auctioned up to a value of $500 (cash donors)
(When you underwrite the cost of an object, your name will be announced as the object sponsor)
• You or your organization's name printed on all programs as contributors
• Unframed Sponsor Prints my be upgraded to a Framed Sponsor Prints for $90 each
• One year membership in Ducks Unlimited (magazine & quarterly updates)

Gold Sponsor - $1100.00 Cash, Merchandise or Service
You or your organization will receive the following:
• One Deluxe Framed Sponsor Print
• Official Income Tax Receipt for $1000.00 (cash donors)
• Official Income Tax Receipt for the retail value of the merchandise
• Underwriting the cost of merchandise auctioned up to a value of $1100 (cash donors)
(When you underwrite the cost of an object, your name will be announced as the object sponsor)
• You or your organization's name printed on all programs as contributors
• One year membership in Ducks Unlimited (magazine & quarterly updates)

Merchandise and Service Donation Values
• The value of donated merchandise will be determined by the value the item returns at our banquet. Items will be placed in specific raffles and auctions to maximize the return.
• The value of donated services will be determined by the actual retail value of the service provided. Our Committee members will help you maximize the value of your donation.
